The digital download components of the special packages offered by the guest speakers and lecturers are indeed their property and not the property of TheAwareShow radio show or TheAwareLife Teleseminar series. We are merely licensed to distribute them and that license is subject to alteration or termination by the Guest speaker/lecturer at any time.
We are not a publisher or a retailer and we do not carry any inventory. We do assist with the order processing and shipping to help the Guests with the surge in orders as a result of The Aware Life Teleseminar's global reach. Occasionally we provide for digital delivery of downloadable items for particular Guest Speakers and Lecturers Special Offer packages.
Every reasonable effort will be made to maintain online availability of digital downloads licensed to TheAwareShow or TheAwareLife, for delivery to buyers, for a minimum of one (1) year after the initial offering by the Guest Speaker or Lecturer. These are the digital download files accessible through you personal account page on http://theawareshow.com using the log in credentials issued to you. This does not mean that we will be taking these files down after one (1) year, but it is possible for them to be removed for any number of reasons outside of our control.
Digital downloads the Guest Speaker or Lecturer has elected to deliver themselves or digital downloads they have licensed to a third party, for delivery to buyers are totally outside of our control and you will need to contact the individual Guest Speaker or Lecturer for availability details of such files.
As producers of The Aware Life Teleseminar Series we may schedule guest speakers for individual seminars, but we have no additional information or control over the products, gifts or bonus items, offered to you by the individual guest speakers.

NOTE: Cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges may not be accepted on all products packages or events. Please review the specific details for each product, package or event to determine what will be accepted and what the terms are. Cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges are never honored for Live Events after the event starts or after the first event starts in the case of a multiple event package.
Each Product Refund Request must be made on separate, individual emails directly to support@theawareshow.com, support@theawareshow.info using the email address of record (the one you used to make the purchase) so that your request can be authenticated as from the legal account holder. There are no exceptions to this.
Returns/Cancellation - You can return unused goods you have ordered from us for any reason, at any time within 30 calendar days of the date of shipping, for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. Prior to shipment, if you wish to cancel your order, email us at support@theawareshow.info using the email address of record ( the one used to make the purchase) so that we can authenticate the request as valid. Please note that an email order cancellation does not guarantee a ship cancellation. After your product is shipped, you must request an RMA# (see to return an item, below) and the product must be returned in good condition, within 30 days of receiving the RMA#, to receive a full refund. The costs of returning goods to us is your responsibility. Upon receipt of the unused goods, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price and the outbound shipping.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee - There are no conditions for the return, that is you do not need to explain why you want to return the package, you just need to "request a refund" according to the terms described on this page. However this 30-day money back guarantee is only open to all who have NOT made purchases and requested immediate refunds on three consecutive occasions, or for more than 50% of their purchases during the previous calendar year. This is not a "condition" of the return, but rather an issue of eligibility for the guarantee. All parties who have requested immediate refunds on three consecutive occasions, or for more than 50% of their purchases during the previous calendar year are ineligible for this offer.
Returns/Exchanges - In the case that you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will provide you with a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price for unused items, minus the shipping, upon the return of the product to us.
To Return An Item - All Returns and Exchanges require that a support request ticket be opened, and an RMA (Return Materials Authorization). Packages returned without the proper processing may not be accepted. Open a support request ticket at support at http://theawareshow.com/support OR send an email to support@theawareshow.info. Confirm that you have RETURN/REFUND REQUEST in the subject line. Be sure that you include your eMail Address and your full name and submit the refund request using the same email address you used when you made the purchase. If your order included a physical package that was shipped to you, we will issue you an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and send you the return shipping address. The RMA number is used to assure each shipment is properly credited to the correct account, quickly releasing your refund payment. Once the product arrives, simply write the RMA# below the return address that we supply, and return the package to us via the same shipper. That RMA number must be visible on the outside, of the returned package, or we may not accept delivery. If you have any questions, simply ask them when you open the support ticket at http://theawarewhow.com or in the email to support@theawareshow.com and we will be happy to assist you in the Refund or Return process.
Refund Process - All refunds must meet the above terms and eligibility requirements, follow the above procedures and refund requests that are approved will be honored as follows:
Debit or Credit Card Payments - Within 90 days of the date of the original purchase transaction, refunds will only be processed as credits against the same credit or debit card used for the purchase. Refund requests will typically take from 7-10 business days. For expired debit or credit cards or refunds outside of the 90 days from the original purchase transaction, a company check will be issued for the refund within 30 days of the refund request.
PayPal Payments - Within 60 days of the date of the transaction, refunds will only be processed as credits against the same PayPal account used for the purchase. Refund requests will typically take from 7-10 business days. For closed PayPal accounts or refunds outside of the 60 days from the original purchase transaction, a company check will be issued for the refund within 30 days of the refund request.
Personal/business Checks - The refund check will be issued within 30-day of the original purchase personal/business check clearing and will only be issued to the party described on the original purchase payment.
You are responsible for the package until it arrives, in good condition, at our door.
We highly recommend that you insure and track the package, to protect yourself.
Refused Shipments and Unauthorized Returns - All refused shipments and unauthorized returns will be charged an amount equal to the full initial delivery (outbound) shipping plus an amount equal to the return (inbound) shipping, plus a minimum unauthorized return processing charge of $25.00, the total sum of which will be deducted from any refunds due.
SHIPPING TO ALTERNATE ADDRESSES
If you will not be home to receive your order, we can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. All such requests must be made from the email address sof record ( the one used to make the original purchase) in order to authenticate the request as a legitimate request from the original buyer. As a further security precaution, to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we may confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address. This may delay your shipment for a brief time.
Your order will ship via USPS from our facilities in Beaverton, Oregon. Please allow up to 8-10 weeks for international delivery. It is important to note that custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase are the buyers responsibility and these local fees are not included in your invoice. As with all refused shipments, you will be charged an amount equal to the full initial delivery (outbound) shipping plus an amount equal to the return (inbound) shipping, plus a minimum unauthorized return processing charge of $10.00, which the total sum of will be deducted from any refunds due.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is sent after the first USPS scan. The email will include the USPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for each shipment.
